All of our orders are shipped via USPS/UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!
Processing & shipping orders:
All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment is verified. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. UPS/USPS transit times are normally 3-5 days. However, due to the holiday season and COVID-19, there may be shipping delays. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any shipping delays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Rush orders:
Rush orders are additional $40 per hat and rush fee does not include expedited shipping charges. Expedited shipping is an additional charge. If you need expedited shipping email us at info@wearheathermarie.com to request additional services.
Insurance:
All products are insured with USPS/UPS. Please contact your local USPS/UPS to obtain your tracking & delivery details. If your package is confirmed as lost, stolen or damaged, immediately file a Lost/Stolen/Damaged package claim with UPS/USPS. We will not replace UPS/USPS confirmed delivered package(s) or after packages(s) are rendered to UPS/USPS for shipping. Please do not send damaged items to Heather Marie Designs; we not accept.
Shipping to military base:
We ship to US military bases and its addresses are treated as domestic mail, even if the actual destination is a foreign country. This is because USPS® delivers the packages to the domestic military base, and the military then delivers the mail around the world. Note that this means it can take longer than normal for delivery.
International Shipping:
Currently, we are not shipping internationally. However, in 2022 we are planning to ship internationally. Stay tuned as updates are stated here.
Shipping cost:
Free shipping: all orders with a subtotal of $300.00 or more.
